600g beef rump steak, cut into 2.5cm cubes

450g packet 2 1/2 minute microwave jasmine rice
350g bag Asian-style salad with soy sesame dressing and crunchy noodles
method
- Place beef in a bowl. Add 1/3 cup satay sauce. Stir to coat. Thread beef onto 8 skewers.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook skewers, turning, for 6 to 7 minutes for medium, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, heat rice following packet directions. Place remaining sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- lace remaining salad ingredients, including dressing and noodles, in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Divide salad and rice among serving plates. Top with skewers and drizzle with sauce. Serve.
