500g Skinless Chicken Breast chopped
1 tbsp butter (20g)
1 medium onion (150g) chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste (60ml)
2/3 cup of cream (170ml)
1 packet of MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base
- Combine MAGGI Recipe Base with chicken breast, mix well, and set aside for 6-8 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add chicken, and cook until lightly browned. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combined tomato paste, cream, and 1/4 cup (60ml) water, stirring. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
