Creamy Basil and Tomato Pasta

A quick and easy weeknight pasta that’s tossed in tomato cream sauce and finished with chopped fresh basil.


250 g spaghetti
300 g parmesan cheese
50 g romano cheese
500 g cherry truss tomato halved
3 cup basil finely chopped
1 cup cream fresh


  1. Boil pasta in water and drain. Add tomatoes and basil. Mix well.
  2. Add the cream and Romano cheese, mixing well.
  3. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and extra basil leaves.
