1/4 cup self-raising flour
1 tbsp cocoa
30g butter, melted
1/4 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp milk
method
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Tip into a coffee mug. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, starting with 30 seconds, and continuing in 15 second bursts until cake is cooked through and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Eat straight away with cream or ice-cream, or as is.
