300g packet frozen blueberries
2 cups chilled low-fat milk
200g tub natural low fat yoghurt, plus extra to serve
4 scoops no-fat chocolate ice cream
1 banana, chopped
1/4 cup chocolate malt powder
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp wheatgerm
- Combine blueberries, milk, yoghurt, ice cream, banana, malt syrup and wheatgerm in a food processor.
- Process until smooth. Pour between 4 tall glasses to serve. Top with a swirl of yoghurt.
