Sunshine Daydream Smoothie

For a quick and healthy snack, try this refreshing dairy-free smoothie, made with almond milk, banana, spinach, dates and avocado.


1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen peaches
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. coconut water
1 fresh strawberry, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each with half a strawberry.
